The service

connectMate keeps records in sync between apps you connect, such as Airtable, Webflow and Google Sheets, following the connections and settings you choose. Features may change as the service develops.

Your account

  • Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Give accurate information, and keep your email address current so we can reach you.
  • Connect only accounts and data you are allowed to use.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to read and write it in the apps you connect, only to run the syncs you set up. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy.

What syncing does

A sync changes data in the apps you connect — it can create, update and, if you choose those settings, delete records and items. Check a connection’s settings and field mapping before you run it, and keep backups of data that matters. We are not responsible for changes made as your settings direct.

Acceptable use

Don’t use connectMate to break the law, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam, or to overload or interfere with the service or the apps it connects to. Follow the terms of Airtable, Webflow and Google when using their apps through connectMate.

Plans and payment

[Placeholder — describe plans, prices, billing and refunds here, or state that the service is free.]

Availability

We work to keep connectMate running and your syncs correct, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. The apps you connect may change or limit their own services.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, [Company legal name] is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of connectMate. [Placeholder — set any liability cap here.]

Ending your account

You can stop using connectMate at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@example.com. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, telling you why where we can.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we update the date above, and tell you by email when a change is significant.

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country / state].
